Returns & Exchanges

In case you have had a change of heart, accidentally have ordered the wrong item or it is simply no longer needed, you are able to return the item for a refund within 15 days of delivery with original packaging as long as it is unused.(unwashed, unworn, and with the original tags & packaging).  .You would be responsible for the cost of returning the item to the address provided by us.

How to Start a Return

To obtain a return authorization, send an email within 15 days of your purchase and provide the details of your return.

Once you receive your return authorization # and have filled out the form supplied by our team, you can send your item back.
We recommend that you ship all return through FedEx. Ups, or insured U.S
Mail.
Please note that all return shipping costs are the responsibility of customer not 557 Entertainment inc.
Your merchandise refund will be applied to the credit card which was you used to make the original purchase. Any original shipping and handling charges are non refundable.
If necessary Some administration charger also deduct from the purchase amount
You will receive an email once your return has been processed. Please allow 7-14 days to receive and process your return. Bank processing times may vary.

RETURN POLICY

Halloween Costumes and Costume Accessories purchased between Oct 1 and Oct 31 are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All costume purchases made during this period are final sale.

  • Body stockings
  • Swimwear
  • Face Masks
  • Lubricants
  • Intimate toys
  • Clearance Items
  • Items marked Final Sale
  • Items with removed tags
  • Items that smell of cigarette smoke, perfume, or body odors
Due to the intimate and sensitive nature of these items, they are ineligible for returns.
Items returned in  un saleable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.
557 entertainment inc  does not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend you place a separate order and request a return authorization.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item Shipped
We care about quality! Should you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our team  email within 7 days of delivery to notify us of the issue. Please include pictures of the defective item with your request so that we can take immediate action. A team member will supply you with a return authorization form and shipping label, as well as assist with replacing the damaged item.
Should you receive the wrong item in your order, please contact our team via email within 7 days of delivery to receive your return authorization, shipping label, and have your replacement items sent out to you.
Non-returnable and Non-resalable, include but are not limited to:

  • Items out of original packaging
  • Items without tags
  • Items that have been worn
  • Items that smell of cigarettes, body order, or perfume
  • Items with makeup, glitter, or body lotion on them

  • Items that are soiled or stained

Items returned in an unsaleable condition will be disposed of and no refund or store credit will be issued.
Delivery Refusal
If for some reason a package was refused at the time of delivery or wrong address details were given (e.g  suit/apartment number or any other information that would be needed to complete the delivery ) order would be returned to us and return shipping charges may apply.
We are not accept any return items to our physical store.
